Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Kelvish, a live-stream relay service operated by Limit Infinity Private Limited.

Using Kelvish

You must be legally able to use the service and authorized to manage every connected channel, Page and destination. You are responsible for your content, privacy settings, audience selection and compliance with applicable law and each destination’s rules.

Acceptable use

You must not use Kelvish to publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive or unauthorized content; bypass platform restrictions; compromise accounts or systems; or disrupt the service for other users.

Third-party platforms

Google, YouTube, Meta, Facebook, Instagram and other destinations are independent services governed by their own terms and policies. Their availability, eligibility, review decisions and live-stream behavior are outside Kelvish’s control.

YouTube

Kelvish uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel to Kelvish, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s use of your information is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. Our use of YouTube data is described in the Kelvish Privacy Policy.

Broadcast responsibility

Verify the destination, title, privacy selection, framing and preview before going live. Network interruptions and third-party errors can delay or stop a broadcast. Keep a suitable operational backup for important events.

Service changes

We may improve, limit or discontinue features for security, compliance or operational reasons. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, comply with law or protect the service.

Account closure and deletion

You may stop using Kelvish and disconnect linked platforms at any time. Eligible signed-in users may permanently delete their account through Account & workspace; verified manual support is available when sign-in is unavailable. Organization ownership must be transferred before an owner with remaining members can delete the account. See our data deletion instructions.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Limit Infinity Private Limited is not responsible for indirect loss, lost audience, lost revenue or third-party platform action arising from use of the service.

Termination

We may terminate access for a material violation of these terms or applicable law.
