Account and data deletion

Signed-in users can permanently delete an eligible Kelvish account and its workspace data directly. Manual support remains available when the account cannot be accessed.
Delete from Kelvish
- Sign in, open Account & workspace, and select Delete my account.
- Enter the signed-in email and the exact confirmation phrase shown.
- Confirm permanent deletion. Access is revoked and the eligible profile, private streaming workspace, credentials and configuration are removed.
- An organization owner with remaining members must transfer ownership before deletion. The protected service-administrator account cannot be self-deleted.
Cannot sign in?
Email navneet@limitinfinity.com from the Google email used for Kelvish. We will verify ownership and request explicit confirmation before manual deletion.
Data included
The process covers the Kelvish profile and sessions, paired-device credentials, OAuth tokens held by Kelvish, connected account metadata, events, saved destinations, and workspace streaming keys and configuration associated with the verified account.
Disconnect access immediately
Before full deletion, you may disconnect linked Facebook or YouTube access and remove saved destinations from your Kelvish workspace. You may also revoke Kelvish through the connected provider: Google Account third-party access for YouTube, or Facebook Settings → Business integrations for Facebook.
Retention exceptions
Limited records may be retained where reasonably required for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling or legal obligations. Encrypted backup copies expire under the operational retention schedule and are not used to reactivate a deleted account. We do not retain active publishing credentials in the live service after deletion is completed.
Third-party data
Deleting Kelvish data does not delete your Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram or other third-party account, nor content retained by those platforms. Manage that data directly with the relevant provider.
