Pairing help

Sign in to your Kelvish dashboard, create or select an event, then display its camera pairing QR code. In Kelvish Live, scan the QR code or enter the six-digit code. Pairing codes can expire or be single-use; generate a new code when required.

Streaming checks

• Confirm camera and microphone permissions are enabled.
• Use a stable internet connection with sufficient upload speed.
• Confirm the correct event and destinations before selecting Go Live.
• If authentication fails, disconnect and reconnect the affected platform account.

Privacy and deletion

Review our Privacy Policy. Signed-in users can manage sessions and delete an eligible account through Account & workspace. Manual verified help is described on our data deletion page.
