Privacy Policy
Effective 19 October 2026 · Updated 23 October 2026
Kelvish is operated by Limit Infinity Private Limited. It helps users publish a source video stream to streaming destinations they choose. This policy explains the information processed to provide and protect that service.
Information we process
- Google account details used to sign in, including your name, email address, profile image and account identifier.
- Connected-platform information such as channel or Page names and identifiers, permissions you approve and OAuth tokens.
- Workspace, event, device-pairing and streaming configuration, including destination URLs and stream credentials.
- Technical and security data such as connection events, browser or device information, IP address and diagnostic logs.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate you, isolate and operate your workspace, pair authorized devices, show eligible channels or Pages, create broadcasts you request, relay video to selected destinations, secure credentials, diagnose failures and support the service.
Video and credentials
Kelvish processes live video while an active relay is running. The Android app does not create a local recording by default. Platform tokens and stream credentials are confidential application data and are encrypted at rest where stored. They are not sold or used for advertising.
Sharing and third-party services
Information and video are sent to Google/YouTube, Meta/Facebook, Instagram or a custom streaming destination only when needed to perform an action you request. We also use infrastructure providers necessary to host, secure and operate Kelvish. Third-party services apply their own privacy policies.
Google and YouTube data
Kelvish uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google’s handling of your information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
When you choose to connect a channel, Kelvish requests the youtube.force-ssl permission. It uses that permission only to read your channel name and identifier and the ingestion details of your live streams, and to create, bind and delete the live broadcasts and streams you request from Kelvish. Kelvish does not upload, edit or delete your videos, read comments or subscribers, or access other Google services.
Kelvish’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only to provide the features described above. It is not sold, not used for advertising, not used to develop, improve or train generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models, and not read by people except with your consent, for security or abuse investigations, or to comply with law.
The Google refresh token is encrypted at rest. Channel details are refreshed when you use the integration. The token and channel details are deleted when you disconnect YouTube in Kelvish or delete your account. You can also revoke Kelvish at any time from your Google Account third-party access settings.
Meta and Facebook data
When you connect Facebook, Kelvish requests pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement, pages_manage_posts and publish_video. It uses them only to list the Pages you manage, to show which Pages have a crossposting relationship with the selected Page, and to create, crosspost to the Pages you choose, and end the Page live videos you request. Page tokens are encrypted at rest, are not used for advertising, and are deleted when you disconnect Facebook or delete your account. You can also remove Kelvish in Facebook under Settings → Business integrations.
Retention
Connected-platform tokens are retained until you disconnect the account, the token expires or a verified deletion request is completed. Saved configuration remains until removed or deleted. Operational and security records are retained only as reasonably necessary for support, fraud prevention, legal compliance and service security.
Your choices and deletion
You may disconnect Facebook or YouTube, remove saved destinations, revoke web sessions and permanently delete an eligible account from Account & workspace. Manual verified support is available if you cannot sign in. See the data deletion instructions.
Security
We use HTTPS, RTMPS, restricted server access, isolated workspaces and encryption for stored sensitive credentials. No system can guarantee absolute security, so keep your Google, platform and device access protected.
